Orders placed on https://www.mervedagli.com.tr are shipped within 1 business day. Once shipped, the tracking number will be sent as a message to the phone number provided with your order. The average delivery time is 1 business day, but this may vary depending on the courier’s workload. To avoid any confusion, please make sure to check your delivery address. Our shipping fee is 100 TL.
What is required for a product to be accepted for return?
To return a product, it must be unused, without any defects, and not subject to any discounts. If the purchased product came with accessories or gifts, they must be returned in their original condition (without damage) along with the product. Products that are returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold will not be refunded. For discounted items, only exchanges are possible; returns are not accepted.
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE?
You can create a return request within 15 business days through https://www.mervedagli.com/orderstatus, stating the reason for return on the invoice, and send it back using ARAS KARGO with the agreement code 1931748851417.
You do not need to pay any fees to the courier company when making a return. After we receive and approve the returned product, you will be notified via SMS. However, the 100 TL shipping fee will be covered by the customer.
Bank fees, shipping costs, and other related charges will not be refunded during the return process.
HOW TO EXCHANGE PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE?
To exchange an unused product, write the item and size you want to exchange for on the invoice and send it back within 14 business days using ARAS KARGO with the agreement code 1931748851417.
Please note that returns are not accepted for discounted items, but exchanges are possible.
